The Palliative Care All Island Conference, taking place during Palliative Care Week 2026, will bring together health and social care professionals, researchers, educators, students, policy makers, volunteers and community organisations across the island of Ireland to explore and celebrate excellence in palliative care. The conference theme is ‘Palliative Care – It’s Not What You Think’ and the conference aims to showcase innovative practice, education, quality improvement initiatives, research and lived experiences that demonstrate the breadth and impact of children, young people and adult palliative care across the illness journey.
This conference aims to explore and celebrate the many dimensions of palliative care that are transforming experiences of illness, care and living well. Join colleagues from across disciplines to share learning, inspire new approaches, and shape the future of palliative care services.
