Gerard spent time with Queensland’s Palliative Care Teams in the acute hospital, community and telehealth services, utilising this opportunity to pick up learning in relation to both comparable areas of our services as well as contrasting areas where we can learn. This webinar will highlight learning around, communication, relationships, team set-ups, outcomes, standards and different ways of working as well as other key points.
